There is also a cool little addon for mozilla called screen grab. it will capture everything in any open window. Skype is hard to copy because it's all in one long conversation. If you just right click in any window and tell it to grab all, it will no matter how long the convo.

Thanks, HAving seen the discussion the past few days I am fully expecting a RFE. My wife had J-1 visas in ´05 and ´06 and worked in the US for 5 mo each times. Not wanting to appear inconsistant I put these as places she has lived on I think line 30. But we did not include police certificates from the us, only from Argentina. So there are several areas they could and probably will question.

You don't need PCC from US. Did the 2yr rule apply to your wife? Even though you guys are way past it if she went back in 06. Just gather all her J1 paperwork to have ready just in case you do get a RFE. Knock on wood! Good luck!

Morning VJ Fam...

Sach- thanks for the updated list. and the chuckle you gave me with your mathmatical freak-out you had! ALSO - I have a strange suspicion that your case IS complete. Could it be that we are so close to the end of the month that they WONT update things, but just let them simmer until its time to schedule interviews? Gawd who knows anymore...

Welcome newcomers, and newbies added to the lists we have going on.

I dont think I am going to check the AVR for a few days either. Happy all our RFE's are getting addressed, resolved and submitted.

Schopap:

You do not need to provide PCCs from time spent in the U.S. as they will do their own internal checking.

They might RFE you for the J-1 visa itself and to make sure she is not subject to the 2 year HRR. Which is what got Natalia and Estrella RFEd. I recommend you organize that paperwork and keep it ready, just in case.

Your line #30 should be fine if you listed all the places she lived at since turning 16 and not left any gaps.

Sachinky, so by my calculations, (and mind you my math is not to be trusted as late) if they just inputted your RFE in the system on the 11th, thats 6 business days so you are, all things considered, days away from the estimated date of CC, right?

Today:

Me: "I was really mad at you earlier this morning."

Mr. Sachinky: "Well I suppose that's a good thing then that I was asleep."

I love this boy, sure, but sometimes I want to strangle him with my bare hands.

------------------------------------------

Alicia--By my calculations, which are not to be trusted either, I should have a case complete either today (Day 9) or tomorrow (Day 10) or next Monday (Day 11). I might cave in and call if there's no news by the end of today.

Melody--Yours is failing tonight for sure! Maybe, tomorrow?

Thanks to all for the feedback, we will see here in a week or two. One additional question, is the police certificate good for 6 mo or 1 yr? And when is the cutoff date determined? The delivery date? the date the officer looks at your docs? I think ours was dated October 18, 2009.
