Dear Sir/Madam:

This letter contains instructions for processing the immigrant visa case of ME.

We have received all necessary Immigrant Visa fees for this case.

Each traveling applicant must now complete Applicant Document Processing. Please go to the

Department of State website at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. Click on the

Applicant Document Processing link and follow the instructions.

Please pay close attention to the requirements for police certificates found on the referenced web pages.

In some cases, there may be specific Police Certificate Request forms that must be submitted in order to

properly request and obtain the applicable Police Certificate(s) based on your residence history.

As part of the Applicant Document Process, each traveling applicant will be required to return a

DS-230, Application for Immigrant Visa, to the National Visa Center at the following address.

You MUST RETURN THIS PAGE along with the requested documents to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

To avoid processing delays when returning documents to the National Visa Center:

* Write the applicant's case number in the upper right-hand corner of ALL documents

* DO NOT attach documents for other cases to this page

* DO NOT send information for other cases in the same envelope without attaching the NVC's letter

to the front of each case's documents

Do I attach this letter to the ds230 or the AOS And the ds-320???

The bad news of today is ::

when I called NVC today to inquire if my DS-230 is delivered or not the operator asked me

did you mail to our new or old address. I said I mailed it to addresss shown on the coversheet

I said I mailed it to 32 Rochester Avenue ATTN CMR. He said this is our old address

The new is 31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100 ATTN: CMR !!!

I guess everyone here mailed their DS-230 to : 32 ROCHESTER AVE . ATTN: CMR . Am I wrong?

Good questions. I wonder where the attorney mailed them.

For the last time, everyone, STOP freaking out about the addresses. It doesn't matter as long as it's gotten to either one of the building, it'll get to an adjudicator and will be reviewed.

I didnt attach any letter (since I havent gotten it yet) just sent out the old checklist cover sheet I got a couple weeks ago, and a cover letter I drafted to them explaining what I was attaching. Hmmm Hope that will suffice.

Doctor M--Your AOS package, from your timeline, seems to have been delivered to NVC on FEBRUARY 12. It took them MORE THAN ONE MONTH to find a mistake and issue you a RFE? #######.

Hey Guys,

I'm planning to send my husband's DS- 230 and civil documents next week Tuesday. I can't just wait until the case is complete and we get that interview date. Our son (14 month old) and I haven't seen him since May/June 09 for only 2 weeks.

Good luck! I feel you. Our daughter was born on Aug 21st' 09 & hubby hasnt met her yet.

This address thing is total BS. How the hell are we supposed to know which one is new and old? Why don't they change the addresses on the barcodes? My joint sponsor actually yelled at me for confusing him with two different addresses for the AOS package. I was like, why don't you yell at NVC, instead? There's one on the form and the other on cover sheet.

Ok--I'm calling a SIF for gwdenton and Melody tonight!

Agggg come on! They can't pull stuff like this on us!!! I hope they have mail forword since it must of happened recently.

Just spoke to an operator, she says that for all future communication 31 Rochester should be used, but if something was sent to 32 Rochester it will still get to them, they are working out of two buildings.

Alicia, since I didn't get the RFE email yet, I printed the DS230 barcoded sheet and attached my own cove letter explaining it was a response for an RFE.

I'm sure we'll be just fine, don't worry!

ACK!!! I would so have a heart attack! See!!! This is a rollercoaster! Up and down and up and down!

It sure is! This "rollercoaster" ride is making me sick!

I want to get off the "ride" with a case complete asap!

It might take a bit longer. But I'm hoping that the new 150 employees they hired will be able to speed things up a bit.

Let's hope they didnt hire them only for the Haiti related issues.
