Hey guys, the NVC says that they waiting for " Biographic data from the beneficiary".. it means they did accept my AOS? ?

It could mean that. But i think it means that they are reviewing your AOS package and now waiting for DS-230.

I mailed our RFE response to the 31 Rochester Ave, Suite 100 address attention DR.

That was the address that was listed on our first Checklist Response Email. I thought it was specific for RFE's but I guess it is the NEW address for everything. Hope someone can confirm this?

Im sending the letter with a lady she leaving here at 3pm and she will be in palestine on thursday. And on Friday my husband is going to let someone he know go drop it off at the embassy, cuz on the letter says he can also drop it off. I hope its gose by fast i can help but be sad but what can i do :(

Whats 221g? thats what is written on the paper they gave him telling me to send that letter about the tax. Is that bad? Or is that regular cuz they want more info?

Some suggestions:

1. notarize the letter, if you are still in the USA. There is no 'chain of evidence' when you hand carry this letter, so no one has any real idea it's from you. Without the postmarks, this letter could have been written by anyone. With the postmarks, the IV unit might believe it's from you.

2. 221g is a 'catch all title' - for some Embassies, it means 'submit more evidence to us' , for others, it has the outright denial wording in it, for others still, it will show only 'need additional processing'. It is specific to each Embassy. Since you are homed to Jerusalem, this will be specific to that Embassy. Strongly suggest your husband scan it, then email it to you, so that you'll know exactly what it says, exactly what is ticked off in any boxes. Most ppl will have their foreign spouse scan/email it - removes all translation errors.

3. make sure the NVC case # is on the letter. Use a 'standard letter format' as well.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !

This address thing is total BS. How the hell are we supposed to know which one is new and old? Why don't they change the addresses on the barcodes? My joint sponsor actually yelled at me for confusing him with two different addresses for the AOS package. I was like, why don't you yell at NVC, instead? There's one on the form and the other on cover sheet.

Ok--I'm calling a SIF for gwdenton and Melody tonight!

Our AOS was mailed to 32...but when I saw the tracking detail it was actually delivered to 31...or maybe it was the other way around.

The first RFE (refer to timeline) went to the address on the AOS barcoded sheet.

The second RFE was sent to the address on the RFE checklist.

Eventually, it should all get there, one way or another. I honestly don't think it matters too much.

GAH! Yah, I agree. It was one of the reasons I was going to include the original IV coversheet with my RFE today, but EFF it. Its there. And someone will have to get our stuff where it needs to go.

So, my husband went on his own to get up to date on his immunizations so we dont get stuck paying for them at his medical exam which could cost a mint. They told him that the Hepatitis B shot for adults is administered in four seperate doses, which is carriecd out in a 4 month span  EH?? I hope this doesnt preclude him from getting his visa. Now another whole set of junk to worry about! He got poked in both arms and both "cheeks" poor thing...

Just spoke to an operator, she says that for all future communication 31 Rochester should be used, but if something was sent to 32 Rochester it will still get to them, they are working out of two buildings.

Although I will say that neither of our packages (AOS) and (RFE 1) was inputted into the AVR that were mailed to the AOS address on the cover sheet. We only got oral confirmation of delivery and review.

Maybe it is best to stick to the other address? UFF.
