Thanks sachi :) I think I did too..LOL With this new layout it's kinda hard to find a mod. I pm'd someone tho..LOL I thought I'd stopped on the copy/paste before that part at the bottom but apparently not. Still got the case number. Thanks for catching it!!

Kevin........ That email is the actual instruction set for proceeding with the DS-230. Most of us did not wait till we got this instuction set to send in the DS-230. We sent it in as soon as the IV bill is paid. Thus saving about a week. This is not an RFE, Its a standard email from NVC giving us the green light to send in the DS-230. But we are ahead of them :-). Nothing to worry here.

Thank you Viv :) I thought that was all it was, just instructions. I'm talking to my wife now and she got it as well.

Vivek--Has the AVR updated for you?

AVR has not been updated but I confirmed that the case is complete with an Operator and said the AVR will be updated soon.

I asked him if they are still scheduling interviews for April? He said they still are for a few consulates that have slots open but bulk of the scheduling was done last week.

Hopefully........Its going to be really close.

I have seen NVC schedule interviews for Chennai consulate as early as the first day of the month. Not sure is they do it from the last week of the month.

It appears to be just what it says - Instructions for the Agent. I'd guess I received it just because the fees have been collected and the DS3032 was received. Just wanted to make sure.

so husband took his medical today...yay! london - you can take it early. they are going to send it to the embassy though and they won't have his case yet. do you think there will be any problems?????

He had his interview. They said they want me to hand write a letter saying that im not required to file for faxes and send it VIA aramex. And that after we send it no longer then 2 weeks, and thats they will do a routin Review they will call my husband to send his passort via Aramex and they will give him the visa.

They looked at all the pictures and he answered everything. The lady told him

"You have everything i dont know why this guy whants you to send this letter, but just let her send it."

Im so depressed. :crying: We sent everything, we had everything that could have asked for!
