ok! Amended DS-230 completed, reviewed a billion times and sitting in the FedEx envelope, ready to rock and roll. Two addresses on question 30. From his sixteenth bday (10/1998) to his current address 8/2004 and then 8/2004 to Present for his current address. Im not gonna sweat it anymore...

I have printed the checklist coversheet for my FIRST RFE, which was the false one I got back on the 5th. Its got the barcode on it and the (Checklist Letter Response) on it with the address for DR's.

Should I also include the Coversheet I printed off the Payment Portal for the IV? or no...

Anyone wanna stab on that?

That should do it Ats........... No just one coversheet....... Good luck!!!

Yeah, I know... April interview is a dream now... Stupid J1 visa!!! Why they didn't require at USCIS stage? Argh!

So talked to in law and he is mailing it first thing tomorrow morning. Should reach NVC on the 18th AM.

I don't know if this will help you at all but when we were going through the USCIS phase I had called to ask a couple of questions. The operator there indicated to me that at the USCIS stage the only thing they are concerned about is the relationship. They actually told me that anything that has to do with my husband really wasn't their concern and that NVC deals with that. So, that's why they didn't ask for it at USCIS, I believe.

Don't be! I know it SEEMS like these forms should be easy but they so are not. It took me a really long time to get the I-130 and the G-325A's all together and I was stressing and then my mom told me to just send them in already and totally freaked me out. You know what? I ended up making a mistake and then had to send in a correction to USCIS which totally freaked us out we were going to get an RFE but thankfully we didn't. So, I'd say you're doing the right thing by making sure everything is correct. You're doing great!

Ok, I need to brag on my hubby here for a minute. As I've said before, we got the I-130 approval about a month before we expected it so we have been a little behind in the paperwork for NVC. We got the list of what we definitely need and what we might need if NVC asks for it and we discussed our timeline on when we think we can have that all together. Since I just learned last week about the 2 week rule for assigning interviews, I let him know on Sunday and we discussed when I'd need to have everything so we can get it sent in and give us some wiggle room in the case of an RFE. I REALLY want a June interview and was starting to get stressed about not making it because he initially told me one of the items was going to take about 4 weeks to get. Then tack on translating it, mailing it, etc....bring on the stress! So, I talked to him today on the phone (HORRIBLE connection) and he said he got it today! I asked like 3 times because of the connection just to be sure. So I'm thinking we're going to be moving ahead here pretty quickly again. God, I love that man! We're talking Thursday again for my birthday and this time it will be online so I'll get better details. But I just wanted to send a little shout out to my amazing husband! (Who stresses more about paperwork than I do...we are a pair! LOL!)

I just got the Instruction packet for Agent email and it says:

As part of the Applicant Document Process, each traveling applicant will be required to return a

DS-230, Application for Immigrant Visa, to the National Visa Center at the following address.

You MUST RETURN THIS PAGE along with the requested documents to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

So do I just include this in the packet? I printed the cover sheet from the payment page and I assume this will just go along with it? Should I add it to my cover sheet's list of contents or just stick this in the packet?
