LOL, yeh tank's full and so's the bottle 2009 wasn't the best year job wise. Best year of my life I think, but not for that. I drew unemployment for 6 months, drew my 401k out, have a dozen small W-2's, etc. I'd really rather leave it out if at all possible.

I understand. Remember that you will need to bring it and a copy of your 2009 tax return to the interview possibly. So, if you havent filed already, you need to do so. I included a copy of my w2 for 2009, but not my return, cuz i didnt file yet. I OWE!

That's my problem! If I can't add Merlaine on my return this year, I'm gonna take it in the...well, you kno I'd planned to file for an extension then send her that info for the interview..maybe?!

Yes, I need to calm down before I make ANOTHER mistake. Ok. the only question now is Do I put 10/1998 (from when he was sixteen) or should I just list from his birth 10/1982 since itsI the same darn place anyway. Whats the consensus.. Viv, what did you put?

If he lived in the same place you can use from the birth date.

I put only from 16 years onwards but she was not at the same place before.

Estrella--Has your RFE been delivered to NVC yet?

Currently the # of business days NVC is taking:

3-4 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

3-4 days to receive emailed links after case # has been assigned and email addresses been given to NVC operator.

1-2 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

1-3 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

1-2 days for IV bill to be PAID.

7-11 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

He did live in the same place. Im afraid to list from his birth date now since "thats not what they asked for" and Im equally afraid to list from the time he turned 16 for fear that the NVC will use some alien math that will contradict the truth. seriously losing my mind.

Since yours was approved from 16 onward. I think I will just list him the same thing.

I don't think it would hurt to list all the info. Sorry for your RFE. Hope you can send it back to NVC soon.

Just called AVR and they said: The NVC has reviewed your documents and found missing information blah blah blah!!! (couldn't pay attention in the rest, since I had a minor heart attack)

Oh meeeeeeeeeeeeeen, screwwwwww them!!!!!!!!!! 10 days to find a F**@#$%$#@ missing info????

Hubby is waiting to talk to an operator.... is it AOS or DS230???

ps- so AVR is not updated only at 3pm and 10pm, since I called last night about 11pm EST and it was not updated.
