Sorry to hear that. Didn't they say first date you could call would be the 10th? Wonder if that goes by day of the week or by date? I would call April 7th, since March 10th was the Wednesday in the second week of March. All they can tell you if it is wrong is to call back on the 14th.

Be waiting all morning for a free line then wait around 30 minutes... that's fustraiting....

Nat- Have you called? I would have gotten a case complete yesterday but for my RFE. Call again today and get a status. That AVR is a joke. An not a funny one.

Ats -------- I will leave the employment section as is. She had only 2 years of work experiance and thats all I put in there. For question 30 I started from the age of 16 without any gaps in where she lived up to present.

Anyway good news is this its an easy RFE to fix and everything else in the packet looks good. Please don't freak out. Need you to be calm while you fill out the new DS-230.

Yes, I need to calm down before I make ANOTHER mistake. Ok. the only question now is Do I put 10/1998 (from when he was sixteen) or should I just list from his birth 10/1982 since its the same darn place anyway. Whats the consensus.. Viv, what did you put?

Looks GREAT. Remember case number on e/page. Make sure the income listed on the I864 lists the last reported gross income on the 2008 transcript. Do you have a 2009 W2? Make sure the pontiac has got a full tank of gas.. LOL

Kevin--I'd leave the fancy folders for the interview. Those will be chucked as soon as the mail is opened and end up on the floor.

Hey sweety! Glad to hear you are feeling better. Don't panic, it will only work against you.

Hubby called yesterday morning and talked to an operator. She said all the BS as usual, and didn't help at all.

I called again to hear the AVR after the 10pm update and still nothing.

Also, I can still sign in... so I guess there is no news for me. Hopefully they won't issue me an RFE. That's all I hope for.

Maybe I can make him call again this afternoon, but he is against calling too much.... you know... men.... LOL

LOL, yeh tank's full and so's the bottle 2009 wasn't the best year job wise. Best year of my life I think, but not for that. I drew unemployment for 6 months, drew my 401k out, have a dozen small W-2's, etc. I'd really rather leave it out if at all possible.

Well I already have it all put together and Merlaine has enough fancy folders. If I send her even one more I'm afraid she'll have to hire someone to carry it all for her. Hope they feel at least a little guilty when they toss it!!

Kevin--As long as you send in 6 months of recent paystubs and an updated employment letter, there's no need for your 2009 W2s.

However, you can always add them, for some peace of mind, if nothing else.
