Hi everyone. I think i have a problem. My husband is in palestine and he need to get A "Pass" to be able to enter were the interview will be held and there telling him he need to bring the IV bill to prove we paid. But i forgot to print it. and i can no longer log it. What should i do?

You can always print out a bank statement showing you guys paid the bill and also bring a copy of the barcoded sheet.

What are you guys bringing to the interview? I thought we could start a brainstorm!

I just started now, so here is what I could think so far:

- pictures... tons of it. (to be exact 2 albums with 200 picts/each).

- copy of boarding pass from last time I visited the US, proving I left before my visa expires. (you never know....)

- Barcoded and receipt from NVC fees. Both AOS and IV bill.

Hubby is living with me in BR since then wedding... so we don't have emails, phone call anything like that. What else should I add?

I sure hope so! Its little things, like putting N/A on the part that asks for SPOUSE address if different than you own. What was I thinking? Ive wasted 2 FedEx envelopes already.

Yah, I thought this was weird too. Could be that he hasnt had the same employer? Or perhaps an inconsistent work history? I didnt send in bank statements- but did include a copy of a statement from my savings account just to show I have SOME assets (small mind you)

It just irritates me that they DONT require things in the instructions, but then become partial when the docs are received. IMO, they need to set out guidelines that suggest additional documents if you meet certain criteria, i.e., inconsistent employment history, wage differences, etc. Who knows. If I ran things it would be much better!! Course, if I ran things, I wouldnt be in this mess..

GPmaan2: Do you think it has anything to do with income bracket? Like, if you are in a certain tax bracket, you automatically become exempt from them asking for additional evidence?

Great idea!! Gets our minds off things a bit!

I think you have a great list- however, since you are residing together, maybe proof of that. Anything like joint bank accounts, or bills with both your names?

I hear the interview has a lot to do with proving bonifide marriages, you should be great if you can establish cohabitating.

Im going to bring albums of pics, old emails, cell phone bills (last month was $600.00 so that SHOULD COUNT FOR SOMETHING) copies of all the packets and like you mentioned bill receipts... hmmmm Im trying to think of what else! A valium?

Ill just assume for a minute that is the case here, but I guess we'll find out from her when Sachinky logs back lol.
