I am religious and there is no way in hell that your case will not be complete this week. It's long overdue, I would be cranky as well.

If my stubborn but beautiful spouse looked about her PCC when I asked her to, I would have mailed in both the AOS pkg and the DS-230 but noooooo, she didn't believe things would move so quickly.

I feel like I'll never get this. Seriously, my DS230 was delivered on February 12. Apart from those few days of RFE receiving/mailing, I've been on tenterhooks waiting for this stupid sign in to fail. This constant stressing is affecting my sleep badly and I'm so cranky, irritable and on edge constantly.

At this point, an April interview is beginning to look like what those religious folks would call a "miracle."

Aneudy--When was your RFE delivered to NVC? Not when it was inputted into the AVR but when was it received by the mailroom boys? I'll put you up on our recent case complete case, if you don't mind.

A miracle indeed. Well- stranger things have happened girlfriend. I too am irratible, cranky, moody and the like. ON EDGE is a good way of saying it. And Im still anticipating a FREAKING RFE.. this is gonna be a long week. So far March has sucked some serious balls. I agree with Aneudy tho mamacita - this week you will SIF. If Tharsur and Viv are in, your NEXT. Id be right there with you if I had half a brain. Its the lack of sleep and anxiety that made me make the mistake to begin with. :dance:

Ok, here's a stupid question. I'm putting together both packets to send to NVC. I'm using presentation books but some of the forms for the IV packet are legal size. They use the legal size forms for the police clearance and NSO forms in the Philippines. My presentation books are just for standard letter size documents. Should I fold the forms to "letter" size or should I find a different way to package them?

Husband: "Our RFE response was delivered on March 2nd. On March 5th, I was told that it was under review and to call back within a week. So I'm just calling regarding an update about our case."

Operator: It's still undergoing processing. I see that you called on Friday."

Husband: "Yes, sorry, we were just concerned about our RFE."

So apparently the Husband is not the azz-kicking type. I guess we just wait.
