Aneudy--How do you know that your case is completed? Is that according to an operator/AVR?

On march 10 I spoke to an operator in he told me! later the AVR was updated with the info...

That's strange....I got SIF on March 9 and got my case complete in AVR on March 10.

Strange Aneudy!So, there is essentially NO way of telling if a case is complete unless you hear it from NVC operator I guess. I cant get thru, dialed 40 times and BUSY BUSY BUSY. :rofl:

Call to nvc sucks! allways busy busy busy, and when you get it need to way about an hour to talk to and operator!!

is like a pain in the Neckle...

No sach.. no gettin thru and since Im at work, I have to try when I can. I hope we get that dumb RFE TODAY so I can get it sent to them. This is so nerve wracking- me and hubby even got into yesterday because are both so frusterated and UGH!

Did YOU get a fricken RFE too?? No way!! :(

My hubby and I had a few days last week also....so stressful. This week I am just totally numb. Going through the motions, staying busy...waiting to get the RFE documents mailed to me.

Sorry girl, stay tough!

Aww, don't let the stress get to you. Easy to say, harder to do! Remember, you are not alone. We are with you. Shoot, with all the prayers (er, and maybe some curses) going up for the folks at NVC, and everyone praying for everyone else in this boat - something will happen soon! As one of the other posters said "If your marriage lasts thru the stress of immigration, it will last thru anything!" Yeah, I paraphrased that, but same thing. My hubby and I don't get in to arguments, he is wise enough to know when the stress is getting to me, and doesn't disagree with me. He might not agree, either, he just doesn't tell me - at that time.

Well, got thru to AVR. Same ole same ole.. LOL

I hope I slip thru the cracks, WOW that would be amazing... Im not gonna count on that tho. With all the REF'n lately, to slip thru a crack would be completely out of this world. :hehe:

I feel like I'll never get this. Seriously, my DS230 was delivered on February 12. Apart from those few days of RFE receiving/mailing, I've been on tenterhooks waiting for this stupid sign in to fail. This constant stressing is affecting my sleep badly and I'm so cranky, irritable and on edge constantly.

At this point, an April interview is beginning to look like what those religious folks would call a "miracle."

Aneudy--When was your RFE delivered to NVC? Not when it was inputted into the AVR but when was it received by the mailroom boys? I'll put you up on our recent case complete case, if you don't mind.
