Chintu - did you have ghostscript installed?

dont even know what a ghost script is..:( first time i heard about it.... should I install it? i just downloaded the cte pdf...

Ghostscript is a suite of software on an interpreter for Adobe Systems' PostScript and Portable Document Format (PDF) page description languages.

Here's the installation requirements listed on CUTEFTP website:

* Supports Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7 (x86/x64).

* Requires PS2PDF converter such as Ghostscript (recommended).

You can get the free GPL Ghostscript 8.15 here.

You also need to download the ghostwriter to allow the cute program to operate correctly.

I am applying for my minor child. The mother of the child is not immigrating as she has business in India.

Do I require any letter from my wife ( the mother of the child) allowing the child to move to usa.

If yes at what stage will that be required NVC OR EMBASSY INTERVIEW

In that case a notarized letter from the mother should work.... You need to send it in with the ds-230 to my knowledge,

And_Sam - i noticed your signature. What do you mean "it's up to Egypt to let him come"?

Sorry I didn't see your post until now...

He has the visa. He has to get clearance from the military there before they will let him leave the country. So far, they are giving him a big runaround and he had been trekking from mulitple cities getting reports of his military duty that he finished in 2001.

Basically, it's Egypt not happy releasing him to immigrate to another country.

He goes back on the 20th to see if they are happy with what he had gotten. Oh yeah and apparently pay out a large amount too! :angry:

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
