OH MY GOD! I finally got the new AVR update confirming that OUR CASE WAS COMPLETED on March 12, 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melody, Sachi, Mrs. Wife, Atsleumas, Vivek!!!!!!! You guys are next!!!!! I can't stop myself from coming here even after I got my SIF, and now CC! I just can't wait to hear some good news from all my friends here! Best of luck to you all!

Thanks for your RFE list.... I will try my best to read all the documents 10 times before i send it.The new DS230 the question you were talking to write PRESENT it says there present...so no need to worry.. I am trying my best for May interview for my wife( CHENNAI CONSULATE-INDIA ). I am getting my original birth certificate done at the local level in India(cuz i heard NVC doesnt accept the petitoner's Birth certificate issued by the local Indian consulate here in U.S)

For the DS-230 you need the long form of the beneficiarys BC, is this what you are getting?

You can check the embassy website where the beneficiary is going to have his interview at and see. I know that the only thing my husband had to pay was for the DHL pre-paid envelope that they sent his passport and visa to him!!
