NVC March 2010 Edition!

Mine wasn't entered into the system but was confirmed by an operator as having received the RFE response and it being under review as of 03/05. It's just a couple of bank statements, for the love of God!

I had ANOTHER meltdown earlier this morning when I could still sign in. I am doubtful as to whether we'll make the cut-offs for April interviews with a case complete next week.

For the I-864, are they looking for gross income on your taxes or the taxable income?

oh ok, thanks I am heading to fedex right now but I take a lot of deductions like charitable expenses, property taxes, and rental property expenses. These deductions decreases my taxable income but the gross income is the amount I actually made.

Agreed, I mean come on, it's absolutely GOT TO BE this Monday. Of course, I've been thinking that since LAST Monday.

We just gotta get through this weekend. Thankfully, Saturday's almost over in India.

I just hope we still make the April cut-offs with a case complete next week.

Otherwise, I guess I will be assigned a May interview in the last week of March. NVC does that for Mumbai from what I've noticed.

OH MY GOD! I finally got the new AVR update confirming that OUR CASE WAS COMPLETED on March 12, 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melody, Sachi, Mrs. Wife, Atsleumas, Vivek!!!!!!! You guys are next!!!!! I can't stop myself from coming here even after I got my SIF, and now CC! I just can't wait to hear some good news from all my friends here! Best of luck to you all!

NVC msg says they have reviewed all of my documents and have found missing or incomplete information and they have mailed me something on the 12th.... so lets see... I sent in my DS-230 a week after my AOS package... maybe this is all that it is.. but... I think not... I can come up with 2 possible RFE's... on is on the I-864.. I think I wrote down the wrong income.. might be off by $1000.. will check it when I get home from work... and then.. On the DS-230 that my husband mailed me... he was missing some silly info like my zip code for the address.. and some other things so I wrote this in in black ink.. but.. he had signed in blue ink... maybe.. that could also be the issue.. also.. The tax transcripts that I sent in was the ones that were faxed too me.. maybe this is it... I have since recieved the ones in the mail if it is... who knows.. I cant make an educated guess what it could be right now...

All I know.. is I have worked myself up into having a headache... and ... feeling all depressed... wishing the NVC had an RFE hotline for the weekends

Dear, I got my heart attack when the stupid AVR said "NVC have sent the information checklist for missing or incomplete information on....", and when hubby gave the operator a call, they said DS230 hadn't been inputted in the system yet.

NVC is in a mess. They even sent me the checklist for choice of agent 4 days ago! Let's wait for a little more, cuz I got my SIF 2 days after I got the non-sense RFE for choice of agent and the missing DS230

Dear, my hubby called last night, but the msg was the same. He just gave another try this morning, and it changed to "Case complete on..."

Thank you, Vivek! I am hoping for April interview too, but it will be late April, since my country has a bunch of public holidays in April, so it could be late April or early May.
