I'm tempted to call. But I'm afraid they'll yell at me.

I'm just hoping the RFE we sent in the second time won't delay us. And that they'll process the first one uninterrupted. Maybe we should've sent the RFE barcode coversheet sooner. Or not at all. I just thought we'd send it in to be on the safe side. The AVR does acknowledge its receipt. Hopefully, that is a good sign.

I did add my timeline today, but it doenst show here... (

The timeline and your sig would be two diff things. Update your timeline, but then in your settings, modify your signature to include a detailed listing of your timeline, like the ones you see below our names! I think its, My Assistant/Edit Forum Signature or something like that. Then you can put your info in and it will post with all of your entries!

Currently, it's about 8-10 days, actually, going by the recent timelines. So it should be any day now. I have no idea why two bank statements is taking them THIS bleeding long!

Have any of you spoken to an operator recently--Mrs, Vivek, Ats?

Ok, thats the jibberish of a very tired Sachinky speaking.. YOUR FINE!

The second RFE wont be a problem at all. You did the right thing sending it. At least they cant lose TWO hee hee. AVR acknowledging receipt means they have one and thats all they need. You are GOOD! I feel really good about this, believe me.

Lay that pretty head down so you can wake up and lead us all to victory!

Alicia -> call back in 2015? That was sooo funny!

:rofl: I'm so serious!!! Im so tired of their ridiculous "its takes 6-8 weeks to review" WHATEVER. So, my last convo with those idiots went something like this.

NVC operator robot/idiot: Miss, our system shows receipt of the DS230 and they are reviewing. It takes 6-8 weeks, so if you have not heard anything by then, call back.

Me: Um, really? thats like Mid April. I have seen where its only taking days to review RFE's for these cases.

NVC operator robot/idiot: Well, those are exceptions. The processing time is what it has always beeen, 6 to 8 weeks.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

Me: No, moron. You given me no help already.

NVC operator robot/idiot: Excuse me?

Me: *dial tone*

 Hey!! Maybe thats why they are giving me such a hard time!! LOL..:huh: Im seriousl losing my mind on these rejects...

Oh yes! If you have your case #s folks--go ahead and send in your emailed DS3032! Do it! It will save you valuable time and you will then thank me!

Edited to add: Actually wait a day or two. Those things are now being accepted in 1-2 days so you don't want to send it in before they ask for it.
