Isn't "case complete" and "log in fail" the same thing? I thought case complete was just an AVR update and not necessarily another step in the process.

I think CC is when the NVC confirms that its complete and sends it off to the embassy. LIF is just the first hint that its done with processing...Could be wrong...

Your AVR should be updated in about 24 hours to CASE COMPLETED.

You can also confirm with an operator.

Your sign in failed is sort of like an "unofficial case complete," if you will.

I'll ask my wife to go and try with these and some cash tomorrow and see if they "buy" it...

I had the same problem, My wife lives in Hyderabad,A.P. Couple days ago we received an E-mail from NVC saying that we need to send the DS230.. my wife took the printout and went to the city commisioner's office then they accepted it.. without that E-mail they wouldnt even wanna talk to her regarding the PCC... now i pray that i get it soon.

Alicia - i wish we all get out of this hell hole we call NVC soon. Our first year anniversary is in May, it would great if her interview is in April and she get here before our anniversary. Do you think i need to be at the interview with her?

:) It would be a sweet thing to send! Who knows.. I might just be lucky and they overlook the blunder. However, with they way they are, I doubt it.

Mrs.. your golden! I see a CC for both you and Sach ANY DAY. I kinda wish it was Wednesday.. so we'd have two more days to see these fall in place. Tharsur, Sach, Mrs.. etc. etc.

Sach has a list somewhere of how long it takes to review once all is in, something like 7-10 days?

I hope so. Man, it's been a long time since they received our packages. I don't understand why is it taking so long?

According to Sachi's list it's about 7-9 days. I'm right on the 8th!!!!

I'm rooting for you Alicia, hope they overlook your form!!! We never know what to expect from these guys!

Currently, it's about 8-10 days, actually, going by the recent timelines. So it should be any day now. I have no idea why two bank statements is taking them THIS bleeding long!

Have any of you spoken to an operator recently--Mrs, Vivek, Ats?

Wow, late huh? I'm 2 hours after the US and it tortures me! Fortunately they will forward 1 hour tomorrow/Sunday, so it will be better.

Hubby talked to an operator yesterday morning, and she said they sent our packages to review on march 8th and that's it.

Didn't tell us anything in specific.

I would. It can only help to establish the validity of the relationship. But, I kno others who werent there. If you can afford it, then YES. It would be a shame to get all the way to the interview and then have something go wrong and you're not being there IMO!!!

Nope! Not since yesterday when I was told that they were reviewing the DS230 and check back in 2015. :blink:

Your info has been with them forever!!! That scares me, considering I may have an RFE, it will take another 10 days for them to review!!! What if I miss May interview dates! Id be devastated.. OMG.. :crying:
