I am trying to figure out why we need to answer those questions anyway, they already did a background check and we have to turn in a police certificate. What can they possible use these dates of school and work from age 16 for?? I think it is just another frustrating part of the process, like taking 2 days to pass out mail. No new update for me so I may be somewhat stressed right now. System shows they received "the checklist response"(Ds230) on 3/8/10 when really it was ther since 3/3/10.

So, what did YOU put for question 30?

Another thing that has me stressed is my husband didnt sign his police certificate. There was a spot under his pic that indicated his signature would go there. Some yardies tell me they didnt have their SO sign, and others did. What did your husband do?

When will I get my sign in failed? When, oh, when?

I feel like I have been waiting FOREVER. Ok, maybe like three-four weeks now but still! I just want to be done with this constant stressing.

Do I dare hope for tonight?

Ats--Have you called lately? See what they say. My RFE was inputted into the AVR a day after it was actually issued.

Everyone i would like to say thank you for all your advices during this grueling NVC process. I don't think i can do it without you guys. For those of you that are on the waiting list, i hope you'll have your case completed soon. Sachinky and the rest of you guys from (03/02 - 03/03) i would say your cases are due for "CASE COMPLETE" today!

I have not called in to check via AVR system to verify if indeed they got my ds-230 let alone approved it. I'll try to call some time tonight.

For ds-230 question:

#30: my wife just list the city, province and country and the date to present. She's been living in the same place/city (phnom penh) for the past 9 years. She did not list any other city.

#33: She list her high school and her two colleges she attended along with the start and end dates. For her high school diploma she wrote "HIGH", forgetting to put "diploma" in there.

GO NVC!!!!! LIF!!!!!!! NO RFE!!!!!

Well for all the questions I listed from early child hood to the present. He has lived and worked at the same place for years and hasn't moved. I guess I didn't read the questions that well. I hope NVC is not going to hold that against us...My husband had his signed, he said he had to sign it, so I am thinking eventually yours will haver to sign his too. Hopefully they let him do that at the embassy.

Ok, I paid the AOS fee this morning and the IV bill wasn't available to be paid. The amount requested wasn't there and there was no option to pay it. Now the AOS shows IN PROCESS and the IV bill is available to be paid. UH, what's that mean?? Anything? Should I pay it now?? I haven't even got a barcode for the AOS yet.

Your IV bill being available to be paid, is an indication that your DS3032 was accepted. Did you get an email to that effect? You can pay it now or wait till you get the email from NVC requesting you to pay it. I paid it as soon as it showed up. The payment cleared in 12 hours and the email was in my inbox by then. The coversheets with the barcoded can only be printed once the bills show up as PAID.
