05-13-2010: Interview in Rio - APPROVED!!!

06-02-2010: POE in Washington DC - Finally home!

July 30, 2010 - Received the Green Card after receiving 4 welcome letters! USCIS see ya later!

TELL me what your DS230 read for questions 30 and 33 - how did you mark residences, etc. I want to (pending RFE) know exactly what they are looking for. Both me and bobo are in a #30 pit.... :huh:

Alicia, question #30 I only put city, state and country. No street address, not even for the American addresses.

For #33 I put the name of the school, city, state and country. No street address either.

Question #16, I added since age 12 (When I moved to my current address).

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

For I-864 PAY STUBS are must?? cuz I dint send any pay stubs ( I did send my 07,08 transcripts and 2009 full copy of tax returns along with 2009 W2, Employment letter,citizenship certificate...) I hope they wont ask me for the pay stubs. :(

Chintu - If your well above poverty guidelines, dont worry about the paystubs, however, gather them up for the interview. Check out my post early today on what I sent in and my AOS was approved as is. :thumbs:

08-04-2009 : I-130 Approved

NVC Stage

09-04-2009 : NVC Received

09-08-2009 : NVC case# assigned (Waiting game begins to Upgrade my case to IR-1)

01-22-2010 : Became U.S. citizen (Sent request to upgrade petition from F2A to IR-1 catagory)

02-17-2010 : Case finally upgraded to IR-1

03-20-2010 : Case complete

04-12-2010 : Receiced interview notice.

No, he didnt because he has only lived in the same parish his whole life. He did live in to seperate communities tho - and he listed that from date of birth to present, then his present address 8-2004 to present. I think this will screw us. Here is what we had:

Sheffield, Westmoreland Jamaica 8-2004 - Present

Grange Hill, Westmoreland Jamaica 10-1982 -present

we should have had the Grange Hill address from 10-1982 to 8-2004 NOT PRESENT. This will nail us. However.. maybe a lil fairy will come in and sprinkle some happy dust on my NVC reviewer and they will not care, or at least KNOW what we mean for Jah sake... :whistle::innocent::crying::unsure::wacko:

02-13-2010: NOA2 hard copy received

NVC JOURNEY

02-12-2010: NVC Case # assigned

02-15-2010: email address given to NVC operator

02-22-2010: AOS/DS3032 email received by NVC

02-22-2010: AOS $70 bill paid

02-22-2010: DS3032 Hardcopy Fedx

02-23-2010: DS3032 received signed for by K.STLAURENT

03-04-2010: DS3032 accepted and system updated

took a long time to send in ppwk due to husband's birth certificate delay :(

got birth certificate FINALLY!!!

didn't keep good records...sent in the ppwk and got a RFE for copy of passport

06-24-2010: NVC received the form I forgot to send ...oops

08-02-2010: still waiting on a case complete.....ughhhhh

08-10-2010: 2nd RFE for an updated police record-although the one we have was dated 4 months ago......ughhhhhhh

09-01-2010: NVC received checklist letter with a new police report..

09-23-2010: case complete FINALLY

11-12-2010: Interview-blue slip, need of a co-sponsor & petitioner at interview

12-07-2010: Petitioner interview w/co-sponsor paperwork

I wonder if Tharnsur was still able to log-in this morning and then was able to get the LIF. I have no idea when they update that cryptic portal of doom.
