When was your DS230 delivered to NVC, Dawn?

Bobo--Yeah, for USCIS only USC petitioners can talk to the operators. For NVC, both can. It's a big plus. It's 603-334-0700. +1 if you're calling from outside the U.S.

Hey ladies (and a few gents)! Wow, it looks like I was first in a list of STUPID RFE's! Unbelievable, thank goodness we are all in this together. Sachi, as soon as you get your LIF, we'll start a statistic how long it takes to process RFE's and get a LIF. Love your list Sachi, even though RFE's are dropping us like flies, I'm sure the list will be completed really quick. I would take into account the broken payment portal, hacking etc. and not stress to much today. Impossible, right? Don't call NVC and go too crazy, if interviews were extended through the 18th, you guys are solid! : ) I'm sure they are tentative to do a lot until their systems are fixed. Our group really got the shaft, holiday closures, weather, earthquakes, someone is seriously testing our patience!

My update; Court is sending documents to hubbies friend in London today or Monday at the latest, he will express mail it to me the day he gets it, so hoping it will be in NVC's wonderful little hands by the 26th.

SUCK THAT NVC! Love you, xoxo gina

Hey all!

Good morning... reading thru all and am trying to stay positive.

Bobo - question 30- fateful as it is. I am eager to find out what you have found out as I too am worried about the way I answered that question. We messed up on that and now I am for SURE expecting an RFE since you got one on this. Keep us posted.

How is everyone else holding up? I hate Friday RFE's... means your stuck all dang weekend wondering, wondering...

bobo, did you put your EXACT address of when you lived in LA? If you just put LA, maybe that is where they are concerned. They might want the full address.

Who knows.. from the way you listed things, it looks fine for me. My husband doesnt HAVE a street address, so he would just put the City, parish, etc. But for US addresses, I believe the exact address might be desired.

You and I are in the same boat, but I havent gotten an RFE yet, so who knows. Im so frusterated. Have you asked for a supervisor? I wouldnt want you to waste your time sending in another DS230, without knowing exactly what they want.

This is ridiculous... dont stress tho, still very early in the month, friend. Ill be watchin your timeline

Tharnsur--Any news, dude!?

M&ME--Cool. Now just sit back and hope they get to your DS230 quickly. Good luck!

sachinky - i talked to Ethan last night about the RFE on the DS-3032 and the missing DS-230. He said to ignore the RFE on DS-3032 since they got it. I don't know why they include this in my RFE letter. As far as the DS-230, he said they are still waiting for it. He said to call back next week. The thing is i have a second set of DS-230 packet ready. Do you think it will help expedite our case if i send this second packet out just in case they truly lost my first DS-230 packet that was delivered on 3/1/2010.
