When they RFE you for something that has already been sent in but it still languishing in the mailroom and has not been inputted into the AVR. Usually happens when there's a gap between your two packages.

Bobo--Did you find out what is yours for? Get a hold of an operator and find out.

YESSSS!!!!! Just talked to Medea, SUPER NICE, I asked if they were just waiting on the DS-230, and she said, "Yes, that is the case. We've reviewed your AOS and everything looks fine, we're just waiting on the DS-230." I replied, "It's in your mailroom!" HAHA. " Thank you, you've made my day." I wish they were all that awesome.

OMG !! all this time i ve been pushing my husband to talk with them

i had some bad experience with USCIS , every time i tried too call them, they were cutting me off because of that i wasnt a petitionet.

When was your DS230 delivered to NVC, Dawn?

Bobo--Yeah, for USCIS only USC petitioners can talk to the operators. For NVC, both can. It's a big plus. It's 603-334-0700. +1 if you're calling from outside the U.S.

You're probably very close, I think I was on hold just less than 20 minutes.

Upside was, I got to the NVC on the first try.
