When did NVC last receive your package? Was it your DS230? Could you please fill in your timeline so that everyone has a fair idea of where you are in this process?

Fu***ing NVC hired some stupid mochos to review these documents. They are brainless and not able to understand the reality and issuing RFE for silly things. We are paying $400 for them to do their jobs and they are finding stupid reason to delay the cases. Something smells fishy.

For me operator said, they see the documents in the packet but it is not listed in the cover letter so they cann't accept it. I have to resend along with the checklist... what the heck...?

#######???? means that they wont look through your packet? I didnt send in any checklist with either of my packages I sent in I am trying to understand... <kinda in a little shock... over the pure stupidity of this> When you put all your documents together... and you are typing out the Cover Letter... if you forget to list a document on your cover letter but you included it in the pack that you mailed in.. then... you are saying that they will not be able to accept the document that was mailed in because it was not included in the cover letter????? OMG!!!! aaaaaghhh

They still want the original birth certificate and original death certificate and I didn't listed my wife's divorce decree in the checklist so they need that again.

I was trying to convince the operator that Chennai city issued paperless act and they don't issue any paper certificate but she is not able to understand what is paperless act means and she is forwarding this case to the supervisor. But she also said they send the checklist in the mail.

Sachinky - ok my husband called and the operator told him "the informations missing in the last document we ve sent " that means DS-230... he told wait for an email with instructions...

they recived my packege 4 th march.

Hopefully there are lots of log in fails today!!

I have a question. the AVR used to say waiting for the biographic forms from the beneficiary - this morning when i called it says "waiting for biographic forms from the petitioner" - any ideas as to what this means????

Just means that they're waiting for your DS230 package. AVR is out of whack, currently.

I just updated my timeline.

It showed PAID yesterday..but both fees were processed last 03-04-2010..it must have been because of the problems with the payment portal last week.
