well, there should be a lot of case completes tomorrow....hopefully the NVC will give nothing but good news tomorrow.....NO MORE FRIDAY RFEs!!! :ranting::D

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

EEK - then - you've got a brain dead 'human' reviewing the casefile, and that's why you've gotten the RFE.

OTOH, if you not include full copy of yer passport, perhaps they get confused with the SEVIS database lookup. I think, really, that's that what has happened, on this RFE.

Good luck! I hate how they are holding things up for you, to me it's not necessary. I think I need to stay away from this place for a little bit. I do find myself so emotionally attached to you guys. Right now I am waiting for my payment status to show paid so I could send the stupid AOS and IV documents.

Do NOT count on the snail mail. Might take upto two-three weeks to appear. None of us have still received our hardcopy RFEs.

I received the ds-3032 and aos package today in the e-mail

I am the USC (petitioner) father of the minor child (beneficiary) resident in India

The mother of the child is not immigrating.

i would appreciate your advise on the following

1. who signs the ds-3032?

2. Do i print it out, fill it,sign it, rescan it in pdf format and forward it it to nvc.

3. Do i also mail a hard copy of the same

I have a question. the AVR used to say waiting for the biographic forms from the beneficiary - this morning when i called it says "waiting for biographic forms from the petitioner" - any ideas as to what this means????

Fu***ing NVC hired some stupid mochos to review these documents. They are brainless and not able to understand the reality and issuing RFE for silly things. We are paying $400 for them to do their jobs and they are finding stupid reason to delay the cases. Something smells fishy.

For me operator said, they see the documents in the packet but it is not listed in the cover letter so they cann't accept it. I have to resend along with the checklist... what the heck...?
