Kevin,

Don't forget about bank statement and your 2009 info. They're not required, but NVC seems to be asking for them a lot recently. Better safe than sorry.

Kevin - yer floating across a tax year.

I'd include 2009 TY data , as well.

If you've NOT FILED YET, for TY 2009 -

then - include copies of yer W-2s, for TY 2009.

Not sure whats IN yer cover sheet - but -

it should include a list of what yer including in the package.

re: pay stubs. LAST 6 months pay stubs are sufficient - you do not need 6 months of pay stubs PER YEAR.

GOOD LUCK ! (or something)

PS - did you read any of my prior replies to yer posts, in this thread? if not, please DO SO !

---

I think I've seen all of them. Thanks for the help. I was just curious if w-2's were still necessary when you were sending transcripts as opposed to copies of your 1040? I didn't have a great year income wise for 2009. The year was fantastic but I drew unemployment for 6 months and was only employed for the last 3 months of the year. That's the reason I don't want to include 2009 tax year info.

Thanks Bears :) After all the bailouts and ####### with banks over the last couple of years, I've dropped out of that loop. I only use a prepaid mastercard with direct deposit now so I don't have "Bank Statements". I suppose a printout of my transactions for the past month would be good tho??

Rajgil,

1. It can be e-mailed. Here's the template: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

2. The non-USC parent, maybe?

I think I saw once upon a time that for CR-2 cases, you don't need the DS-3032. Don't take that as law. There are others here who are actually filing CR-2s. I'm not one of them. Wait for their advice further.

Good luck!

I RECEIVED THE E-MAIL TODAY FOR DS-3032 AND AOS FEE BILL.

Question#1 - the ds-3032 cannot be filled on the computer. do i take a printout,

fill it by hand, scan it back in pdf format and forward it to nvc.

question #2 - The beneficiary is a minor child. Do i as petitioner sign the ds-3032

please advise

1. please choose postal mail or the ASCII email template. DO NOT use the 'method' that you've tried to enumerate. You don't qualify for it, as the petition is homed to India (sorry).

2. The mother can sign. I've never heard of USC signing, unless the USC is a parent. The child's parent can sign, though, regardless of other status - but MUST NOT BE the USC Step-parent.

for further processing stuff, past the DS-3032 submittal, suggest you read this -> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=3560467 and GOOD LUCK !!! (read it a few times, map out yer plan on paper, with a green crayon- I am fan of green crayon )

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I'm getting alot of packets going out to different destination including SPSguy's packet. Try a date range +/- 1 day of your target search date and you should get a better result.

Ok I can see it now after dropping the zip code. Packets sent out to 46 consulates as of now.

IF you have transcripts -

W-2s are useless to send - all W-2 data is recorded in the transcripts.

I'm convinced that IF you can show a '2 year abscence' NOT in the USA, from the time you left, on that exchange visa,

then you are golden.

One way to 'show this' is via visa stamps.

If you don't have the IAP-66 (and somehow, I think you absolutely not have this) -

then you should write up that stupid 'statement'. - be specific about dates in the USA, as well.

Good Luck !

(PS - my apologies - NVC never ever emails 'the body' of what is required of the RFE - it's ALWAYS a postal mail)

YES FRIEND I AM WRITING THE STATEMENT AND ADDING THE COPY OF THE PASSPORT , VISA AND TRAVEL STAMPS..I WAS NOT SUBJECT TO THE RULE OF THE 2 YEARS THIS IS WRITEN IN THE VISA..AFTER 2005 I ONLY WENT IN NOVEMBER 2006 FOR 13 DAYS TO USA AND THEN I'VE NEVER GO BACK THERE AND NEVER TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE ISLAND UNTIL NOVEMBER 2009 THAT I WENT TO CHILE FOR 7 DAYS..

Darnell,

I've been wondering. Will we ever get food porn photos from you or is this one sided all for your pleasure? Not complaining, mind you. I'm all for excellent insight in exchange for food porn. I'm just curious.

Here is one of steamed buns that I took in 2009 -

enjoy !

EEK - then - you've got a brain dead 'human' reviewing the casefile, and that's why you've gotten the RFE.

OTOH, if you not include full copy of yer passport, perhaps they get confused with the SEVIS database lookup. I think, really, that's that what has happened, on this RFE.
