HEY folks..any news ?? another case complete??

well I check my passport and the visa has the SEVIS number and it says 2 years rule does not apply...I hoping to receive the letter tomorrow so I can add it to the copy of the visa en the 2 stamps of the date that I left the country and the date that I returned...

SO i just had my hubby email the 3032 agent form using the WJ template!!!! i do not know if they allow that form JAPAN or not...we shall see!

he is also on his way to send it by snail mail today!!!! i hope they accept the email....

also paid my AoS bill!!!! how long before the IV bill!?

How bad the USPS got lost our DS-3032 kit? anyway, NVC emailed us the AOS and IV bill again yesterday/March 09, and my hubby paid it online this morning/March 10

USPS not mail an 'email DS-3032 kit', ever, if anyone has checked in with NVC (petitioner or beneficiary), in the first 3 months of NVC having the casefile. NVC will send out, after 3 months of no-contact, to the beneficiary, you betcha, via postal mail.

I'm betting it's been less than 3 months from the date that NVC has received your casefile, to the time that you or your spouse CALLED NVC. So - don't expect any postal notices about the DS-3032. Sorry.

OMG, my NVC case number changed to GZO this afternnon/March 10,2010

And, I need to email DS-3032 to NVCInquiry again, although NVC has received my DS-3032 on March 05

is japan one of thos EP countries? so if you try to email it, you have to sign electronically?? or this ASCII template will help you do that??

NO - Japan is not an EP country.

the ASCII template for a ds-3032 email will suffice.

There is no 'sign electronically', at all, for EP - instead, it's a total scan of an originally signed document, converted to PDF format.

It's NOT an electronic signature, at all.

What ? naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah - if they say they got it, they got it. This is nuts. If you used the OPT IN email address, and sent in the signed, PDF'd DS-3032 IMAGE, with the OPT IN TEMPLATE and SPECIAL EMAIL subject line - yer done. Forget NVCInquiry - you are taking a step backwards, and IMO, it's totally unnecessary. The 'golden result' of that OPT IN EMAIL is that yer casefile # shifts from GUZ to GZO - and - you've got that already. Why would you ever send anything to NVCInquiry, again? It's wrong info - useless step, and will only confuse NVC. Repeat for clarity - Since you have GZO case number now, the OPT IN was successful, and the DS-3032 was accepted during the OPT IN PROCESS - is waste of time to send another DS-3032 to the NVCInquiry email address. Total Waste Of Time.

Now that you have GZO # - be sure to handle the payment portal and the bundling o email for the two formsets.

Remember - not need the instruction pages on the I-864, and -

when you reprint with CutePDF - can change output res to 75 DPI in the print control panel.

If you have scanning issues with the white books -

try to scan in as multi-page tiff - then open with IrFanView - the print to multipage pdf with CutePdf INSIDE of IrFanView.
