Estrella, how are you doing babe?

I feel your pain friend! Don't give up!

Get the company to write a letter stating that you did participate in the program. And then you write another letter saying you didn't keep any records of it.

Hope they will accept. Did you call them to ask what's going on?

Editing.... Sachi was on F1 visa, not J1, but I think she also had a ds like ours.

Let me know if you want to see my copy!

beijos amiga, hang in there (F)

gracias amiga.. I really hope to resolve this before next wednesday because my husband is coming to Dominican Rep. now is NOT a surpise.. THANK YOU NVC for ruining it.. if not I will send it by UPS directly from here...\

I just call the sponspor office and request the letter....my husband spoke with them they say its fine that I can do that..I will add the copie of the visa also..and the copie of the passport page of the entry and returned.. if you can send me your copy to july.figueroa@gmail.com i will appreciated..

well at least I dont have to be calling and checking the web site these days..hehehhe

Oh goodness... Estrella and Thansur. I'm so sorry to hear about those.

Thansur, hopefully they will find the DS-230.

Estrella, I have no idea. It seems like it should all be in their internal records already. Like when they did their background checks it should have come up that you had a J1 and here is all of the information that goes along with it. How frustrating! But I know if anyone has the will to overcome this setback, it's you.

Good luck, you guys!

ok boys.... nuff techy-techy chat

Hahaha :ot2:

On the topic again: I just called the AVR on an impulse and the message changed from missing or incomplete documents and send a letter on the 5th of MArch to missing and incomplete information and sent a letter on the 9th of March. Which means they finally got to my DS-230 but have now found a missing PCC, and thats just my understanding, but I'm on hold now to find out what the RFE is for.

If it is for the PCC,my wife's local Police office is ready to issue it if they get a letter from the NVC. I'm sure they will accept the email instead...

Hopefully I'll be back on track in a week's time.

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!

question about tax transcripts -- are these what are emailed back when you "e-file." They show copies of all forms, so its seems they would suffice. All comments appreciated!

Tax transcripts are from IRS. Call them and request, and they mail you the transcript for that year/years you request. Takes the place of the W-2 and 1040 form. Takes 5-qo working days to get, and are free.

Its just a piece of paper like those online.

Check it on your records, maybe you kept a copy. Since I started this immigration process, I scanned all my documents and also kept a copy in my email address. This way if I'm not with my computer I have it online. Start scanning your papers people, we never know what they will ask us when removing conditions! lol

Crazy NVC!

I don't understand why they want to see your DS2019. It doesn't make any sense!!! Did you ask why they are requiring it?

That's sucks!!!!!!!!!!! Well, ask the sponsor to send you the letter and get the ball rolling. If the NVC operator said they will accept the letter, then just do it.

I still can't believe they are asking it... No sense at all.

How bad the USPS got lost our DS-3032 kit? anyway, NVC emailed us the AOS and IV bill again yesterday/March 09, and my hubby paid it online this morning/March 10

AOS and IV Fee Payment Status? IN PROCESS :)

USPS not mail an 'email DS-3032 kit', ever, if anyone has checked in with NVC (petitioner or beneficiary), in the first 3 months of NVC having the casefile. NVC will send out, after 3 months of no-contact, to the beneficiary, you betcha, via postal mail.

I'm betting it's been less than 3 months from the date that NVC has received your casefile, to the time that you or your spouse CALLED NVC. So - don't expect any postal notices about the DS-3032. Sorry.
