hey guys! i asked this in another thread, but i figure this thread also has a lot of helpful people in it too who may have advice!

"i got the email for my AOS bill and the agent forms!!! but what is the BEST thing to do with this??

for the agent, HE has to MAIL it to the NVC??? from the country abroad?? i cannot do it for him??? you cannot email that form at all to the NVC???

for AOS, just pay online, then, once the money says paid, new instructions will be given to you????"

Hey, what we did was I emailed the form DS-3032 to NVCInquiry@state.gov, of course, I chose my hubby as our agent of choice, after NVC received my DS-3032, the NVC emailed the AOS and IV bill to my hubby and me, my hubby paid it online. Of course, you can choose yourself as the agent, I heard someone did it before, but usually, people choose the one who is US Citizen as the agent. I heard a lot of people just email the form to NVC, and others mail it

Yes, when the bill shows PAID, new instructions will send to you in a few weeks

Can countries other than China, Chile, and Canada email their DS-3032 in?
I am not sure you can mail your DS-3032 in, call and ask an operator.

Other countries can email DS-3032, I heard from someone, but not 100% sure, but they are unable to participate Electronic Processing, they need to mail the documents to NVC

Married2009 is right, please call and ask an operator

Good luck

Ok i just got off the phone with Karren @ NVC and she said they are still waiting for our DS-230 which is strange since both packages got to NVC the same day. They said they sent us a "mail" yesterday. Is this email? if so we did not get it. Up until now i thought i know this NVC process by heart!! now i'm not so sure.

Now that i think about it, this is the packet that i forgot to write case number at the top each page. I'm wondering if NVC mixed our documents with someone else and now they don't know which is which.. i don't know there are countless of stuff that can go wrong:(

Didn't you ask or didn't she tell you what was possibly they're requesting from you? I mean, if what was the content of the "mail" they sent you..or what was the "missing info" they were referring to? I dont think it's because of the case number you forgot to write since you said or she said that they don't have your DS230 yet..right? weird..sometimes they're really not so reliable enough..

WHAT?!OMG! this is some kind of a joke! how can they be so irresponsible like that?!

I wonder if we can still trust any of them at NVC now!! ..really so sorry to hear that..they are so disorganized and inconsistent lately,WTH!

No wonder mine's not been resolved until now! I do have a problem too, with my payment status still- IN PROCESS since I paid last week, though they told me they already had our payment

Anyway, maybe you could try to speak to another operator to confirm if you really need to send another packet(hope they're wrong!!).. hope you'll resolve it soon.. wish u the best..

Sean John - good advice. I need to get back to the gym. Back in college i have less than 5% body fat, now i'm doubling that. Through out this whole NVC process i was trying to do stuff to keep my mind occupied when i'm at home by building a new computer and trying to overclock it. I was able to overclocked an intel i7 920 2.67 ghz to 3.8 ghz and it's running cool and stable. See my screen shots here: http://picasaweb.google.com/tharnsur/VJ#
