CP2009--Congratulations, once again. What amazing news!

SJ--Hey, did you figure out if that RFE was real or not?

Not yet, they keep saying it's because they havent put the 230 into the system yet.

Somehow I dont buy that,cuz for a few days it said they were waiting on the biographic forms, then for a couple days it said the NVC has received your documents and now it says the NVC has reviewed your documents and found information missing or incomplete.

But I've spoke to two operators and they both had the same thing to say, i.e. wait for a few days for the 230 to show up.

but now I am thinking, if there was an RFE, will the DS-230 be put into the system at all for them to see?

Should I speak with a supervisor?

I am a wreck right now not knowing whats going on...

Besides, the payment portal doesnt even open up, it keeps saying unable to display the page.. AAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH

I-130 NOA2 - 10th February, 2010 Yay!!!!

02-16-2010: NVC Case # Assigned
03-31-2010: Case Complete!!
04-12-2010: Interview date assigned by NVC.
05-11-2010: Medical appointment in Rio

05-13-2010: Interview in Rio - APPROVED!!!

06-02-2010: POE in Washington DC - Finally home!

July 30, 2010 - Received the Green Card after receiving 4 welcome letters! USCIS see ya later!

I just received an email from the NVC stating that they have not yet received my DS-230 and that they are still waiting for it.

Their sh|t is driving me up the wall!!

I am calling them right now to find out what the in the fu*k's name is going on....

Please excuse my french... I hope ya'll can feel my misery here...
