Just curious, how did you folks do your cover letter for the next two packets of stuff (AOS and IV) ?? Did you just use the same format that you did for your I-130?

SJ--Any news?

Nope...just tried signing in, can still sign in.

I called them twice yesterday to hear it from different people, and they both said the same thing, my ds-230 has not been input in the system, which btw is driving me insane, coz I'm seeing all these people with the same timeline getting case completes and they havent even touched mine...UGGGHHHH ...

Not to take away anything from these lucky fellas, but why cant I be just as happy?

I'm gonna wait to call them again,I dont I can take any more heartbreak.

I'll wait till friday as suggested by one of the operators and call them then...

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!

TatyanaR - what a touching story. BTW, I LOVE the name Gisele. :)

CONGRATS SPS!!!

Yohino.. VERY cool story. Im loving these stories. Been readin up all morning so I can stay in the loop!

Hi guys, I'm so excited to be sending out my DS-230 today and get on the list. I have a question though, she emailed me her passport pictures, and mailed them to me, I got the email and printed two at 2" x 2", however walgreens adjusts contrast and they're slightly dark, BUT I'm slightly paranoid at this point. So I received the really nice passport photos from her, but they're 5 cm x 5 cm. Quick math: 2"x2" = 5.08cm x 5.08cm. So her pictures are ever so slightly smaller than the American sized ones I am sending.

SO, do I send the 2x2 that I think look a little contrasty, the 5cm x 5cm that are a hair small, or both and let them throw away the ones they don't like.

OR have I just been in the NVC too long and am going crazy?

Were all going a lil crazy I think.

GOSH! We need some more CC's around here...

How is everyone?!?!

Someone send me positive vibes -

Im having morbid thoughts...like this possible RFE I might get cuz of the goof on page two of our DS230- like what if they RFE me, but then lose our original docs!

When I get the RFE (if I do, hope I dont) do I just send that in praying they have our original marrage cert and birt cert and police record safe and secure? I still dont trust that whole place.

I need to lay down.

SJ- that really sucks balls as Sach would say. I wouldnt wait until Friday, unless mentally you could use the break. Id call twice a day UNTIL Friday. :) Might as well. Chances are, it HAS been received, IS being reviewed and you will just get a CC. I've seen that happen. I swear I dont trust the AVR's or the operators. Only the supervisors and the actual processors know anything, but getting to any of them is like scheduling a tee time with the Shah of Iran. Not gonna happen

Just curious, how did you folks do your cover letter for the next two packets of stuff (AOS and IV) ?? Did you just use the same format that you did for your I-130?

Yup! That's what I did. Simple cover letter with the items included will work just fine for you
