Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can advise me on the best approach to take as all im hitting is dead ends.

Im just starting to gather documents needed for the visa people.

My son is 16 years old. Im a single parent and my ex has no access rights whatsoever (big court case he lost)

My queston is...will i need to provide something to prove this?

My problem is my solicitors destroy records after 8 years and yup you guessed it its over 8 years /sigh

What could i possibly take to prove i have sole custody for my son, thats assuming with him now being 16 years old i need anything. Thanks in advance

I remember "Pandora" had this issue when going through the interview process back with us. I looked for old posts and found these.

And this post is in a long thread with lots of information if you go back and read it. It includes how to get records.

Also, the Court should still have a record and may (I'm guessing) be able to assit.
