What does "touched" mean?

Hi this is probably a silly question.

I saw a lot of the timelines in member's signature are like this:

XX/XX/2009: NOA 1 Sent from CSC

XX/XX/2009: Touched

XX/XX/2009: NOA 1 Hardcopy Received

...

What does "Touched" mean here?

K1 Process:

2010-02-03: I-129F Sent to CSC

2010-02-05: I-129F NOA1

2010-03-31: I-129F NOA2

2010-04-05: NVC Received

2010-04-07: NVC Left

2010-04-29: Consulate Received

2010-05-04: Packet 3 Received

2010-07-21: Packet 3 Sent

2010-07-31: Packet 4 Received

2010-08-11: Interview Date - Approved

2010-08-17: Visa Received

2010-11-21: Arrived - Chicago

2010-12-06: Married!

AOS Process

2011-01-04: Mailed Packet to Chicago FBAS via UPS

2011-01-10: NOA1 Recieved via Text/Email

2011-01-14: NOA1 Recieved via Mail

2011-01-19: ASC Appointment (Biometrics) Notice Received via Mail

2011-01-27: Biometrics @ Indianapolis

2011-02-05: Case transferred to CSC for fast processing

2011-02-28: Card production ordered (without an interview!)

2011-03-03: Approval Notice mailed
