I received a letter from NVC last 2/06/2010 saying they've already forwarded the Petition to the appropriate visa-issuing post, i.e. US Visa Unit Office in Manila. Up to now, my fiancee hasn't received the packet 3 (is that the one she's supposed to received by mail?) yet...should we be in Panic mode right now? should I call NVC or just wait for a few more weeks?

1. Call NVC - get a Human - get the NVC case number - also ask NVC WHEN THE PETITION has left NVC.

2. After the petition has left NVC - call DOS - get a Human - DOS will know EVERYTHING once the petition has left NVC.

--date the Embassy has opened the casefile

--any P3 stuff

--appointment date

--any P4 stuff

call 1-202-663-1225 and they will give you your case number then call the us embassy manila 1-888-877-9888 with your credit card and set up your interview date and download your forms

can I call the embassy and set up interview date even if my Fiancee hasn't got any letter from them?

you do not need to wait for letter,call and make your interview date and they will email your confirmation then go to st.lukes for your medical
