Your A # is on the back of the I-94 and on your visa in the annotations section. It will be used on all your forms now. It is not advisable to put none on the forms. When you sign the form, you are saying that all information is true and correct & you have your A# so you need to use it. The fee is $1010, not sure about k-2.

The AOS fee for a K2 will vary depending on age and when you apply.

If the K2 is under 14 and applying at the same time, (e.g. puting both I-485s in the same envelope), as the parent the fee is $600.

If the K2 is under 14 and applying at a different time the fee is $930.

My A# is not in the back of my I-94 . .

I noticed you entered on a K-1 visa. Take a look at the NOA2. Towards the upper right hand side you will see an A xxx xxx xxx number below the validity dates.

Hope this helps.

Agreed. NEVER go by the I-94 or Visa. Sometimes they write the number wrong. ONLY go by the NOA2.

Writing "none" when you have an A number is lying. Lying is fraud.. you definitely don't wanna start down that path.

We were the opposite of you. We had no A# printed on our NOA2, but my fiance told the immigration officer that at his POE in Atlanta, and he wrote it on the back of his I-94 and then again in his passport too. We were worried about it not being on the NOA2 like everyone else keeps saying it would/should be. The officer at his POE was very kind and helpful, and we appreciate that. One less worry now :)

Seriously? It's not above the beneficiaries name on the NOA2? That's very odd because it's most definitely supposed to be

Nope. It was not where it was supposed to be on the NOA2. I looked at images of other people's, and saw where it should have been. Ours had no A# anywhere to be found. I was getting a bit stressed about it, but glad we were able to get the number from the POE officer at least.
