Hi guys! I need some help in petitioning my Dad. I have filled out the I-130 form so far but my parents were never married and they are separated. My mom is here in the US. So basically I do not have any marriage certificate. What do I need to send USCIS for evidence?

is his name in your birth certificate? if his name is on it, that will be your proof that he is your father

Birth certificate would be easiest, ailing that, a DNA test may be needed.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
