Are we going to send A original documents of I864 and DS230 to NVC or just a photocopies ?

i check the us embassy what to bring on interview it says I 864 and the Ds 230?

if you're talking about the forms themselves, yes,

if you're referring to the attachments to those forms like tax returns, photocopies are ok

For the 864, photocopies of the tax stuff and bank statements are ok... For the 230, you need to send originals OR copies that are certified by the issuing office (AKA, the copy of your birth certificate you get from the dept of vital statistics)... Photocopies will not be accepted... Make a copy of EVERT PAGE you send to them and put your case # on each page...

Send the original signed papers to the NVC... They will be forwarded to the Manila Embassy for the CR1... They did not ask for any of the papers we submitted to the NVC at the interview. However, always have a copy of all your paperwork with you... Never know what might get lost during the transfer from the NVC to the consulate.
