Local registar (note: 10 day waiting period from application of marriage license until you receive the license to marry)... Every municipality should have one... baically it is where birth, deaths, marriages etc are recorded locally and then forwarded to Manila for the national registry.

NO! In your future wife's place. Embassy is the place where you need to go to to obtain your legal capacity to marry.

And, you MUST have the last one first before you can apply for the first one.

dude you cant file any petition if you wouldn't READ AND UNDERSTAND the guides you keep asking a lot of questions but you don't even answer in any of those threads if you UNDERSTAND or not!

Yes..and if is future wife is really close with someone they wont have to do the seminar at municiple hall like some have to do. We could have had ours a lot quicker, but we werent that pressed for time. they didnt have us do the seminar at municiple hall, but we did have to do the one for the church (for the wedding..wasnt civil)

yes... and even in the church if ur planning to have a church wedding... especially if ur close to the priest who will solemnize the marriage...
