What is going on here? I filed my Tax Return in late January hoping to get my money in early February and its almost March now and I still don't receive my Return?? Am so upset at the IRS!! I called them and the only thing this operator told me is that they had to look over my paperwork a bit longer. That is #######!! Man I tell you...!

Think I got paranoid with dealing with the USCIS, so sent my tax returns registered mail to the IRS, but also had a check inside. That check was cashed instantly, four days later I got the return receipt. Didn't think about the canceled check was a receipt as well at the time. But if they lose your taxes returns like the USCIS lost our applications, you will be in for fines if even they lose your returns.

Yes, they are very fast when you send in your check, we arranged our exemptions so that we owe them money. Don't be surprised if you get an IOU from the government, instead of your refund check.
