People in Britain can own guns too - although according to the logic in this thread, that's impossible.

No one said that. Yes I know. I have shot skeet and trap near Henley on Thames many times.

As opposed to pictures of Jesus toting an AK-47 on the back of the American $1000 bill? :P

I'm sure the Queen knows how to fire a rifle though. It strikes me as something a queen would be taught.

we don't have a $1000 bill anymore. If we did Jesus would not be on it. John Wayne maybe, but he would have an M-16A2 (same rifle as the Canadian C-7, they copied us) not an AK-47

she most likely does know how to shoot. The Royal arms collection is truly a fine collection of firearms, one of the best on the world.

Are you saying Jesus wasn't American? :o

Why do you hate America?

Or perhaps just stay away from the dodgy parts of town.

Never felt the need to carry a weapon. Of any kind.

You may not go to the dodgy parts of town...but the dodgy parts of town can damned sure come to you whether you like it or not. But I'm sure a person of your intellect can persuade them to behave themselves. ;)

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

Me either. I never leave home without it, but so far...no need for it.

I've never had a problem.

I need a gun as much as I need a parachute.

I have a parachute also. We use it for snowboarding on the lake when it is frozen. Very cool. :ardon the pun. Gene, you gotta learn to live a little...no parachute? No gun? No spine, really short thingy. bleeding heart, jerky knee, Gene, dude, you are in bad shape.
