Hello,

My wife and I have our interview coming up soon for her AOS and on the form they sent they asked us to bring, among other things, a certified translation of her birth certificate. We already submitted it when we sent the paperwork in, so do we need to bring another copy still?

Thanks,

Robert

Check that letter again.

There should be a alpha-letter to the right or left of each item on this list, with a 'definition' of the alpha-letter at the bottom.

If your letter isn't set up like this, let me know - I'll dig one out with the proper alpha-letter designations.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I would totally disagree with this.

The Interviewing Officer will have the entire casefile at the desk. Including EVERYTHING THAT WAS FILED from initial submittal of visa petition, to AOS, to ROC.
