Hello again,

My husband received Email from NVC and i didnt received anything. he sent me The form DS3032.

My question is Am i going to print out the form DS 3032 and fill up by hands ?

and then scan and send it to NVC via email?

or send it via mail?

Do i have to put my husband name and birthdate and I also?

there is no space in the form where should i put it?

Pls..help us

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

I sent a regular email with the example in the post above.

I also sent in a regular mail and print out the form you received by email, signed, scanned and emailed again.

No need for birth date. Just follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

02-16-2010: NVC Case # Assigned
03-31-2010: Case Complete!!
04-12-2010: Interview date assigned by NVC.
05-11-2010: Medical appointment in Rio

05-13-2010: Interview in Rio - APPROVED!!!

06-02-2010: POE in Washington DC - Finally home!

July 30, 2010 - Received the Green Card after receiving 4 welcome letters! USCIS see ya later!

2 YEARS LATER......

03-02-2012: Elegible to lift conditions
06-02-2012: Temporary GC expires

12-20-2012: Permanent GC received

6 MONTHS LATER......

06/03/2013: n400 Filled

10/22/2013: Citizenship test and oath ceremony

together with the DS3032 email template?

No just e-mail the template with all the info on it. (just make sure you have all the information in the e-mail and the subject line correct) that is the easiest and what we did...they accepted it no problems within about a week to 10 days

You can fill it up online and send it either way. Yes, you need to put your husband's name and complete all the infos as it's required below.

2008 Aug 9 -- He Proposed, I said YES !!

2009 Aug 21 -- Officially got engaged in front of family!

2010 Apr 21-- Text recieved by USCIS indicating Approval-- NOA 2 hard copy mailed out Apr 20--[unbelievable how fast they responded with the approval in 4 working days]

the petioner is the agent not the beneficiary
