I'm in the same boat, my friend. I keep checking the timelines for people who submitted to the VSC around the same time as me. So many of them are getting approved in 1-2 months. It's very frustrating. I'm really hoping it doesn't go past 4 months.

11/10/09 - K1 NOA1 date
4/22/10 - NOA2 mailed
7/21/10 - interview
8/27/10 - arrival in US
9/4/10 - wedding
10/2/10 - sent off AoS pack
12/27/10 - GC interview (approved)
10/09/12 - mailed application I-751
10/11/12 - NOA for I-175

4/23/13 - I-175 approved

it's been three months since i submitted the I-129F but i didn't hear anything from USCIS. No touch even once! Anybody here in the same dates on mine? Pls. share your visajourney updates. thank you!

Vermont? Hmmmm....Dunno what to say other than....they're pain in the butt for making people wait!:bonk:

It took us 6 months and 5 days. We never got one RFE. We did not have the website info that is available now and what we did have was never updated. Not even after we were approved and got the visa. Still pending!

Know the waiting is frustrating. When we called USCIS they told us..."best advice is sit back and wait like everybody else". Sorry to tell you but, it's true.

Good luck!

You are from CSC. The OP is going through VSC so there can be a big difference.

Start by filling in your timeline. It'll give you an estimate based on historical processing times and go somewhat towards putting you out of your misery. You do this by going to 'immigration timelines' under the F of Visa FAQ in the main menu at the top. Edit/Add my Timeline on the left of that page.

Not only does it help you get an idea - and it's not an exact science - but it also helps others now and in the future.

Once you've updated your timeline, go to that page again and click on the bold Statistics menu called 'processing status: igor's list'. Here you will scroll down and see that of the November VSC filers, only a couple have received their NOA2 and there's 1 RFE. There's only 1 NOA2 for later in November, who just got lucky I guess. Otherwise anyone around October 29th to November 4th should be expecting theirs any day now.

You're not even on the list because you've not filled in your timeline.

Timeline Summary:

K-1/K-2 NOA1 - POE: 9 February - 9 July 2010

Married: 17 July 2010

AOS mailed - Interview : 22 November 2010 - 10 March 2011

ROC mailed - approved: 14 February - 18 June 2013

Citizenship mailed - ceremony: 9 February - 7 June 2017

SunDrop you are really good at reading those statistics. Is that your job in normal life?

just joking.

It does seem maybe VSC took a break from I-129F's

It's typed into our signatures. On your control panel, scroll down the menu option on the left to edit signature and type away!

You're welcome - and most of us are :)

LOL - nope. Just impatient :D

Although, if late October/ early November are being adjudicated now, that's about 3.5 months. Not too bad...

I'm from October 19th and I've been hearing that "should be expecting theirs any day now" thing since the end of December basically. Every week I check the forums and every week it is the same thing: any day now.. The statistics from the timelines are an average and don't say that much, imho. Since it's over 4 months now and the standard processing time is 5 months at VSC, I'm thinking that yeah, now finally in the last month, it should be any day now. Otherwise on the 19th of March I'll be the first one to call the VSC.

From your own timeline:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 25, 2010 and February 8, 2010*.

*If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Of the 20 petitions filed between 19 and 22 October and recorded on VJ timelines, only 2 haven't received their NOA2s. I'd consider starting to make inquiries through your Congressman.
