K1 visa passport required? please help

I recently checked the status of my fiance case online and I received this message;

Case Status: As of 27-Jan-2010, your passport is required for additional processing. Please submit the documents listed below to the US Embassy via Aramex within 90 days of the date listed above. Barring unforeseen circumstances that may require additional processing, we hope to adjudicate your application within five to fourteen days from the date we receive your passport. Click here for more information on the Aramex Courier Service. Thank you.

MY QUESTION;

ARE THEY GOING TO ISSUE A VISA FOR HIM SINCE THEY ASKED FOR HIS PP?

Most likely, yes. It's really the only reason to need the passport.

Thank you dear for your concern, yes finally they asked for my fiance passport I hope they will give him the visa soon.
