this fiancee visa form give no support me it more harder for me i have decied to file the cr1 visa much easier and the people in that form is very supportive

HBK,

I'm sorry that you feel we weren't supportive of you. I think if you re-read all your posts and our replies you'll find that we're a supportive group and above all - honest.

I believe your definition of non supportive means "people who won't tell you what you want to hear"...

Good luck in the CR-1 process.

Alan

I think the basic problem is you DID NOT do the first thing everyone should do before posting 100 "basic" questions..... :guides: :guides:

People tend to stop answering every question under the sun when the answer only requires you to use the tools here in front of you. This forum like any other on the net has a search button and it works very well. 100% of all your answers could have been found by reading the guides or searching.

With that said...I been lurking on VJ for over a year before I even asked a question. I READ the guides, informed myself and searched for answers, and I must say, some folks on VJ had a lot of patience here with you and all your questions were answered very quickly. Not the answer you wanted maybe but that is life. You can't always have your cake and eat it too.

My husband wouldn't even BE here if it weren't for VJ.

Like duplantisjj, I was a lurker for ages before I filed K-1, and I followed the guides to the letter for both K-1 and AOS. I owe everything to everyone here … any person who ever answered a question, anyone who ever took the time to provide a timeline, any VJ-er who ever offered me support and encouragement. Yes, this is a haaaaard process, but it's so worth it to read the guides and at least take a look to see if anyone has already addressed your question in another thread.

Some people will NEVER get to fully experience all that this site has to offer when their objective is to simply take, take, take without ever planning to return the gift.

hbk8941 - if you are the US Citizen - then I will apologize to you - as somehow , someway, the layout of the website, with all of the guides and how-to's and wiki pages, has somehow escaped your notice. IMO, it's not enough to 'post a question' on the forum - you MUST read the GUIDES, in addition to YOU MUST READ THE FORM INSTRUCTIONS.

if you are the foreign beneficiary - I'll say this to you - if you don't understand the forms - then this is an excellent opportunity to ENGAGE YOUR USC partner for help. If you didn't do that, then I must ask - why not?

Please note - I'm not attacking you personally - but there was another person on the CR-1 forum that bounced all over the place, racking up 1000 questions in 2 months - IMO - it was because of her inability to not only read, but to process what she read. She is ONE YEAR YOUNGER than you. I think AGE has something to do with this, you betcha ! If you have that same problem, alas, and decide to shift over to the CR-1 forum and file a CR-1, and utilize the exact same methodology for 'knowledge acquisition' - what's gonna happen? The I-130 petition is much more comprehensive than the I-129F petition, and requires more paperwork and more planning.

Good Luck, whatever yer doing, whoever you are, for any future 'form-filling' ..

13 topics in two days and you want more support? How about you guides6ly.gif

before asking a question.

I'm convinced it's an 'age' issue, directly relating to something about 'instant gratification' that 'that age group' wants, needs, and requires. #######?

I read each of the OP's previous topics and I didn't see any responses that were particularly bad.

1. Can I send lots of pics?

2. How many copies of G325A?

3. Income requirements?

4. I don't meet the income requirements so I can have a co sponsor, my lawyer told me so.

ALL of these, as stated, would have been solved by SEARCHING and READING THE GUIDES.

It's like the OP expected us to do their case for them and didn't want to do any legwork or effort themselves.

I also agree that it's a "I want it now" issue rather than waiting until they had all the information and everything set and understood. We all understand that urgency and wanting to be with our loved one but ... geeeezz...

I also think the OP's issue is he doesn't speak/read/write english very well given his posts... and as he's the USC then this isn't a good thing.. especially if he's not getting help from someone who can read and write english well enough to understand the guides and instructions.

OP I'm sorry you didn't find someone to do your case for you. I'm sorry no-one held your hand and told you what you wanted to hear.

Best of luck for the CR-1... :guides: before inundating that forum with qns.

That was my impression after the 7th or 8th question pertaining to really the elementary aspects of the K-1 process. In fact, he was provided with the link for the K-1 guides on more than one occassion and I believe he failed to read them for whatever reason. In a manner of 3 hours the OP managed to obtain njunior member status by the sheer number of his questions...

When he was provided with answers he didn't like (ie: income qualifications), the OP chose to ignore those responses and posed the same question in a slightly different manner.

Apparently the OP is indeed contemplating the CR-1 route, because his first post in the CR-1 forum is "how do I file CR-1"... I wonder if those folks will fill out his petition papers for him.

Good luck to the OP.

I do not think you should change the type of visa you have decided to file for based on your impression of the forums.

The type of visa application you make should be thought out and discussed with your fiance(e). You should consider many different issues such as jobs and responsibilities, nature of your relationship so far, the USC's current place of residence, children in the relationship of the alien fiancee. Many factors are affected by the type of visa you apply for. Make a wise and carefully considered decision.

Good luck.

I mean, what are they gonna do when the CR-1 people lose their patience? Skip ahead to the N-400 forum?

Btw, Audy Rob, I couldn't have said it better myself. Although the OP rubbed me the wrong way from the start, I'd hate to see them have a poor visa filing outcome just because they acted on emotion rather than thought. The term "time is money" has never been more true than it is now, in all of our cases.

Wow, I can't believe that!

You get so much support on this site!!!

If it weren't for VJ I don't know how I would have ever known how to do this Visa.

VJ made it so easy, you get to know nearly everything if you read the guide and if I had a question that I couldn't answer by searching, I got a response immediately.

But you should do some work on your own by READING!!!!
