By "end of 08," I'll assume you mean the prediction I made about 6 months ago; hardly 2008. I claimed the bubble would burst, but to refresh your memory, here is exactly what I said. And I still stand by my claim.

Even the well-respected "Mish" is predicting the impending housing crash down under.

I'll be waiting for the crash you predicted. Based on the silliness of 99% of your threads and comments, I'll probably be waiting a long time. In the mean time, I'll enjoy the $850K+ my properties are worth, well each.
