Or should I mention the reality that someone would need to own 4.8 homes in Detroit, in order to own a single home in Melbourne, Aus..

Even at a bar, have no problems if some guy comes up to me and calls me an a$$hole, his opinion of me is of no concern to me. But if he takes a swing at me, he is putting his life in my hands, not too many want to try that.

You do realize that you are in Wisconsin? :lol: This is what I like about America, everyone is in their own little world, outside reality. I have some old 'associates' that would make someone from 'Wisconsin' ###### cheese, just by looking at them.

You also may want to go back and rethink your prediction from the end of 08 regarding Aussie property prices, which you claimed inevitably would fall. The only thing that has fallen is their unemployment rate.

By "end of 08," I'll assume you mean the prediction I made about 6 months ago; hardly 2008. I claimed the bubble would burst, but to refresh your memory, here is exactly what I said. And I still stand by my claim.

Even the well-respected "Mish" is predicting the impending housing crash down under.
