Help stuck in the NVC

Hi as of July 29 it has ben 3 Mounts and one week the National Visa Center in new Hampshire, USA has hade are petition. Has any one ben held up here this long ?. The original petition was approved by Homeland Security on April 28, 2006 and was sent on to the State National Visa Center in new Hampshire, USA. Our original file date was February 27, 2006. We were told that this process could take up to 4 weeks. To date, neither one of us has received any report on our claims status, which is well past the 4 week period. I have made several attempts to speak and communicate with the National Visa Center. Each time I am either greeted by rudeness or treated with disdain
