Should say going to live with my WIFE .Hi everyone...I have decided to go live with my wife in October while we wait for her Visa. Not really anything of substance to this thread, but at least we will be reunited in a much quicker time and now I really don't care how long the visa takes :P

Will this effect anything on the visa standpoint? I figured it would be good evidence at the very least if we show we are living together.

If YOU are going to be the person whose income will be required for the Affidavit of Support (as against a co-sponsor's), how will you be able to meet the income requirements if you are out of the USA for some length of time?

10 Dec 2004 - Saturn finally came out of orbit and landed in NC !

8th February 2006 - 'GREEN CARD' FINALLY GRANTED AT INTERVIEW IN CHARLOTTE, NC.

5th Wedding Anniversary due later this year, on 27th September 2008 - How time flies !

A U.S. income tax return lists worldwide income. So if there's any chance of working while you're visiting, it might actually strengthen your financial case. Living together, however, is not one of the things they look for.
