Oh...yeah. And you do not need a certificate that she was never married. I love that one. HOW does one issue a certificate that you have never done something? Not only does it prove a negative...it provides a certificate of it for a fee. I would have to leave the country on the grounds of excessive stupidity alone.

What is NSO? Sorry. the two things I came up with during a search is the Nurses Services Organization and the National Symphony Orchestra. I cannot imagine they issue Russian birth certificates. ha ha

She has been married, so Can I translate the divorce decree? Or where, or who should I get this from?

The divorce certificate need to be translated. It needs to be certified by the translator that it is a true and correct translation and that the translator is fluent in Russian and English.

The third chair Oboe player of the NSO is a Russian from St. Petersburg and he can get you anyhting for a fee, I didn't know he made into the google search though.
