Quick question, in total how many passport pictures are supposed to be sent out with the packet. I know two for the G325a, but are there any more that need to be sent out.

If i am in Georgia where do i send the packet to ?

I read the forms and guides... Im sending this out today and just making sure everything is in order. When it says send it to the address on the form, which form is it talking about because my form does not have the Chicago lockbox address on it.

The form itself won't have an address - the instructions that accompany that form will.

If I remember correctly the I131 needs pictures too....You can use the checklist/guide for AOS for the I485, but make sure to follow the links for the AP and EAD, because those documents also need their own supporting info additionally to the stuff sent for AOS.

2 for the 765 (if filing for that)

2 for the 131 (if filing for that)
