It amazes me to learn about "Ancients Behaving Badly."

"How the Earth Was Made" is also impressive. My husband likes that so much. I remember one time how they broke down details about the Grand Canyon. Something as simple as the position of the pebbles proved which way the river actually flowed.

My husband and I are just glad that Tiger isn't playing here at TPC Scottsdale in next week's PGA Tour stop. Without him, the gallery will be civilized and classy, sans the blue collared Tiger fanatics in blue jeans and t-shirts!

What I don't get is why the world thinks they need an apology from Tiger. I think the guy is a great golfer. I don't give a ####### about his personal life, it is none of my business. The only person who needs an apology from him is his wife. The rest of us should take care of our own lives and leave him alone.

He got "outed" as a total douche. He thinks just because he went to rehab that allows everyone to just forget his big mistake as he is "cured" now and can go back to making his millions...lets hope not. I'd hate for my kids to look up to him at this point.

I can't stand those celebrity news shows - those presenters are always so happy and chipper, and they act like all of these celebrity types are our next door neighbours (as if we all live in some giant suburb, right out of Desperate Housewives).

People like gossip, and someone has figured out how to make a multi-billion dollar business out of the curtain-flutterers and the keeping up with the Jones's crowd.

I really like Life After People, which got me thinking. If we were to end, the best chance another civilization would have of finding proof of our existence would be to simply look for our landfills. That ####### will be around for ages..

Exactly, he is a golfer; not some person in a lab working long hours desperately trying to cure cancer. Yes, one of many diseases that hundreds of thousands of people around the world die from each year. Someone probably just died from a disease as I finished typing this post. Where is there $20 million dollar contract or fame? We'd rather give it to someone who is innately good at something. Lets not pretend sport or singing has nothing to do with genes; genes that none of us can control.

The realty is kids look up to these athletes, as we have put them on a pedestal. It's why so many young Americans now aspire to be the next playboy bunny or Kim Kardashian. Anyone who wants to see where the country is heading needs to watch Idiocracy. It's a silly yet eyebrow raising film.
