More important to have joint documents at interview?

Is it more important to send evidence in with the AOS packet or supply it at the interview. Now that it is out of my hands i am so nervous i didn't put enough stuff in. All i put it in was vet bills,letters from family and joint insurance cause that is all we have. So does it matter that it is not enough, i can supply more at the interview just don't have enough stuff now, or will they deny me without getting a chance for an interview based on the limited stuff i sent in?

We had less.. We live with my father so no lease, we didn't have a car so no insurance and we don't have any bills at all. We sent joint bank account and a few pictures. We were approved without an interview but we were adjusting from K-1. Not sure how much more you'd need if you had an interview tho.
