Nebraska NOA1 - 25 days and counting

I sent our 129F on July 6, with tracking. It was delivered July 8. The check has not been cashed. We still do not have our NOA1. How do we contact Nebraska and find out if it's lost.

On the other hand, since several people are noting slow response by Nebraska, maybe this is just sad but normal. But I do note that many people have gotten responses from Nebraska in a week or two.

It can take upwards of 30 days for them to acknowledge receipt. I would not begin to worry for another week or so. I think the sad, but normal statement fits here.

I am not positive but I have read that people are getting their NOA1's after they are sent to California so it might take up to 30 days... or more.

They are sending these applications to California now so it will take a little longer than it used to. Just hang in there and i am sure you will hear something very soon!!GOOD LUCK!!!

I sent my 129f to Nebraska on the July 3rd. The Holidays held it up until the 5th. I didn't get my NOA1 until the 18th. But my received date was the 11th at CSC. So they forwarded mine from NSC to CSC pretty fast. I'd hand in there as snail mail from CA is pretty slow. But when you receive your NOA1 your received date shouldn't be too bad.

Mine hasn't been touched since the 15th but I'm being very patient as CSC has finally started moving the old petitions out. Eventually they'll get caught up and start getting into the newer ones, like ours.

Hi Tom,

It could take up to 30 days for you to recieve NOA1.

In some cases, you will recieve NOA2 without recieve NOA1.

Since your finace is from China, I want to share a very useful forum with her. I believe it could help you guys alot down the road. Just send me a quick PM.

I don't think you have anything to worry about, yet. I have heard of others waiting a month before receiving anything.

My Fiancée sent our 129F to Nebraska on July 11, and we have not heard anything. Hopefully within the next two weeks.
